Als Digital Communication and SharePoint-Experte spielst du eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem Team. Du bist verantwortlich für:

Das Management und die Optimierung von SharePoint Online-Architekturen und -Designs.
Die Unterstützung des Projektmanagement-Büros (PMO) inklusive der Koordination und Aufgabenverteilung im Projektteam.
Das Final Review und die Sicherstellung der Qualität und Ästhetik in unseren Projekten.
Die Leitung von Workshops und die Gewährleistung einer effektiven und effizienten Kommunikation innerhalb des Teams.
Die Anwendung deines Basiswissens in Microsoft Platform

Du hast ein hohes Maß an Organisationstalent und strukturiertem Arbeiten.
Du bist in der Lage, komplexe Aufgaben zu vereinfachen und effizient zu lösen.
Du hast ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch.
Du zeigst Einfühlungsvermögen und Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden.
Du hast einen Sinn für Details und Ästhetik.

Das bringst du mit

Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit SharePoint Online als Intranet & DMS.
Deutsch & Englisch fließend (C2)
Grundlegende Kenntnisse der M365 Communication & Kollaboration Tools.
Erfahrung im Projekt- und Change-Management.
Expertise im Umgang mit Power-Automate, insbesondere Forms und Flow.

This is your mission

As a Digital Communication and SharePoint expert, you play a key role in our team. You are responsible for:

Managing and optimizing SharePoint Online architectures and designs.
Leading workshops and ensuring effective and efficient communication within the team.
Supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) including coordination and task distribution within the project team.
The final review and ensuring the quality and aesthetics in our projects.
Applying your basic knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform

This sets you apart

You have a high degree of organizational talent and structured work.
You are able to simplify complex tasks and solve them efficiently.
You have excellent communication skills, both in German and English.
You show empathy and understanding for the needs of our customers.
You have a sense for details and aesthetics.

In-depth knowledge and experience with SharePoint Online as an Intranet & DMS.
Fluent German & English (C2)
Basic knowledge of M365 Communication & Collaboration Tools.
Experience in project and change management.
Expertise in handling Power-Automate, especially for the design of flows.
